We don't normally post any medallion information on our website but we know a lot of pressed penny collectors also collect these collectible medallions. Just when you think all of the 50th Medallions have been placed on-stage there are four new 50th Medallions at the Emporium at Magic Kingdom.

We have also been told that the four 50th Medallions that were at this location have been moved to Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort arcade.

The 3-die Expedition Everest machine located inside Serka Zong Bazaar at Animal Kingdom has been replaced with a new 8-die machine. Below are the designs that are available to get in this machine.

Five of the new die engravings produce design variations that have already been on-stage. The first three designs are the same designs that were in the 3-die machine that was just removed. The Safari Mickey holding a binocular has four other variations with the same design. The Safari Donald looking at a map design has two similar variations. The only difference is that the new design has a complete dot border surrounding a smaller variation of the same design. The Mt. Everest Mountain Climber Mickey design was originally available to press on a quarter. The last two Expedition Everest designs are new and different designs.

Below are pictures of the two newest 50th Anniversary pressed pennies at Magic Kingdom that were mentioned in a previous post. At Tony's Town Square Restaurant, the design with Tramp that was 2 of 6 from the Lady and the Tramp series has been replaced with a 50th Anniversary design that has Tinker Bell. At the Main Street Firehouse, the design with Pongo and Perdita has been replaced with a 50th Anniversary design that has a silhouette of Walt Disney holding Mickey Mouse's hand.

Another four 50th Anniversary pressed pennies are available at Walt Disney World. The locations for these four new designs are Tony's Town Square Restaurant and Main Street Firehouse, Discovery Trading Company at Animal Kingdom and Disney's Boardwalk Resort.

The 8-die machine with designs from Disney's Frozen movie that was located inside the Puffin's Roost at Epcot's Norway Pavilion has been moved to Once Upon A Toy at Disney Springs.

This machine was originally first placed on-stage at Once Upon A Toy May 2015. About a year later September 2016 the machine was moved to the Puffin's Roost where it remained until recently when it was moved back to the store where the machine was first located at.
